Pai Rosehip BioRegenerate Oil, £22/30ml
First up, we have this lovely, award-winning rosehip oil. This is a great multi-use product with lots of beneficial properties! It's a great skin healer and it's also great at injecting your skin with a boost of moisture. A very nourishing treat for the skin. Read my full review here.
Pure Coconut Oil, £9.99/500ml
Coconut oil has so many uses! I used to use it solely for my hair - it's great as an overnight hair mask. Now I've started using it as a make-up remover and it's great! Not only does it do a great job at removing every last trace of make-up, it also leaves your skin soft and hydrated.
Badger Sleep Balm, £4.25/21g
I wasn't too sure about this at first. It may not be a magical sleeping aid, but it has lots of other uses! I love to massage this into my temples and rub it under my nose before going to sleep. I also like to use it as a hand salve on any sore, broken skin to help heal and soothe it. And it's also great as a lip balm. I only wish the scent was a little stronger and longer-lasting! I love the simple, clean ingredients - Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Natural Beeswax, Castor Oil, and Essential Oils of Bergamot, Ginger, Organic Rosemary, Lavender & Organic Balsam Fir.
Neve Cosmetics Occhioni Black Mascara, £10.95/10.5ml
A brand new make-up purchase, but already a favourite. This mascara has a semi-dry formula and an unusually-shaped five ball brush. I wipe off the excess product on some tissue, then apply by gently wiggling through my lashes, after curling them. This gives a lovely, natural look with definition and added length. There is virtually no clumping and no flaking, even at the end of the day! The formula is vegetarian-friendly and features ingredients such as beeswax, sunflower seed oil, sweet and bitter cherry seed oils and oat kernel extract.
Hurraw! Coconut Lip Balm, £3.99/4.3g
I loved this after the first swipe across my lips! The sweet coconut scent is heavenly. The formula is super smooth and gentle, leaving a glossy sheen on your lips and keeping them hydrated and nourished. I really like the practical shape of the tube, too. The formula is vegan-friendly and the ingredients are lovely and simple - cold-pressed, organic sweet almond oil, wild-crafted candelilla wax, raw, organic coconut oil, cold-pressed, organic jojoba oil, raw, organic cocoa butter, cold-pressed, organic castor oil, cold-pressed, organic olive oil, organic coconut flavour and vitamin e.

What are your current beauty favourites?

  1. I've yet to try anything from Pai, but I do love a good facial oil, so will look out for this. I only use coconut oil for cooking at the moment, but do want to try it on my hair. You can't beat a bit of Hurraw! I'm currently loving Myroo Cleansing Oil and Oskia Exfoliating Balm x

    1. I definitely want to try more from Pai. I'm the opposite with coconut oil - I'm yet to try it in cooking! Really impressed with the Hurraw! lip balm. I'd love to try some Myroo products! xxx

  2. Love coconut oil, I use it mostly for cooking but I can imagine it is great for hair and soothing skin. I'm all for natural products and you can't get more natural than that! Gemma xx

    1. Yes, coconut oil is a great multi-tasker! xxx

  3. Ooh I really like the sound of the Badger Sleep balm - the ones I've tried so far - This Works and 1001 Remedies - are quite expensive! xxx

    1. Yes, sleep aid products do tend to be on the more expensive side - especially pillow mists e.t.c. I'd like to make a D.I.Y. pillow/room spray! I'm currently loving using the balm to help heal any irritated areas on my hands. xxx
