My Summer To-Do List

I thought it would be fun to create a to-do list for the summer, to hopefully motivate me to tick off as many items as possible from the list! Once I have completed an item on the list, I will tick it off and where possible, link to the relative blog post for you to check out! Let me know if you're doing something similar this summer!
1. Visit Ilfracoombe, Devon. Ilfracoombe has been on my to-visit list for ages! This summer seems like to perfect opportunity to go.
2. Go for a picnic. It's been such a long time since I went for a proper picnic - I'd love to have one this summer.
3. Make my own ice-lollies. I am always up for trying healthier alternatives when it comes to satisfying my sweet tooth, and I'd love to try making some home-made frozen treats!
4. Visit Nether Stowey, Somerset. Another place I've been meaning to visit for ages! It sounds like it could have some lovely walks and scenery. They even have their own cheese.
5. Wear a skirt. You're probably thinking this is an easy one, but I'm not comfortable in a skirt! I do want to give them a try, though.
6. Visit Corfe Castle, Dorset. Believed to be the inspiration for Kirrin Castle in the Famous Five books; Enid Blyton visited the castle in 1940. There is even a Ginger Pop Shop made from recycled castle, filled with Enid Blyton and vintage memorabilia! I absolutely loved The Famous Five and would love to visit this castle.
7. Attend a food festival. There are always food festivals going on in the South West and we haven't been to one for ages, so I'd love to attend one this summer!
8. Visit Tyneham, Dorset. Tyneham is a ghost village, situated near Lulworth. In November 1943, it was commandeered by the War Office to use as a firing range for training troops. This supposed temporary measure saw 225 villagers leave their homes, in the hopes of returning after the war ended. In 1948, the Army placed a compulsory purchase order on the land, and it was and still is to this day, used for military training. I think this would be an amazing place to visit and photograph.
9. Make a DIY beauty product. I love natural beauty products and I'd love to have a go at making my own! I have a dream of creating my own natural beauty brand... but I actually need to start experimenting first!
10. Complete my online courses. Last year I purchased an online course on Criminal Psychology, and more recently, an online course on Interior Design, and I need to motivate myself to get them finished!

If I think of anything else, I'll come back and add it to the list!
