My Skincare Routine

Today I will be taking you through my current skincare routine and showing you which products I am currently using. For your reference, my skin is sensitive/combination.
I use The Konjac Sponge Co.'s Bamboo Charcoal Facial Puff Sponge to cleanse in the morning and evening. If I am wearing make-up, I will use The Body Shop's Vitamin E Cream Cleanser to remove it first, then follow up with the konjac sponge. I use Amie's Bright Eyes Very Gentle Eye Make-Up Remover to remove my eye make-up.
I use Lulu & Boo's refreshing Orange Blossom Toning Mist after cleansing, either by applying with a reusable cleansing pad, or spritzing all over my face.
I then apply Amie's Morning Dew Matte-Finish Moisturiser all over my face - it smells gorgeous! In the evening, I like to add a few drops of my Pai Rosehip BioRegenerate Oil to my moisturiser - this is my favourite way to use it! The addition of the rosehip oil creates a luxe product and helps enhance the moisturiser.
I finish my routine by applying a lip balm - usually it's Badger Organics Vanilla Bean Cocoa Butter Lip Balm - to keep my lips soft and hydrated.
If I get any pesky blemishes, I apply Amie's All Clear Instant Action Spot Clearing Gel to help reduce redness and heal skin.
As and when needed, I use LUSH's Bubblegum Lip Scrub to buff away dry, dead skin from my lips and get them in good condition.
Twice a week, I use Andalou Naturals' Chia + Omega Radiant Skin Polish to buff away dry, dull skin, and help improve the texture and appearance of my skin.
Once a week, I will apply Andalou Naturals' Pumpkin Honey Glycolic Brightening Mask to refresh my complexion, helping to even out skin tone and reveal brighter, fresher skin.
If I need a relaxing treatment, especially while having a soak in the bath, I'll slather on Eve Taylor's Aloe Vera & Comfrey Balancing Masque to soften and soothe my skin, while inhaling the wonderful aroma.

My skincare routine is not perfect, but I do like to try and keep it as simple as possible. Once used up, I will be seeking a more natural alternative to the cream cleanser, and I'd also like to try a different moisturiser, exfoliator, and spot treatment. Oh, and I need to get myself an eye treatment. Let me know your suggestions!

    1. Thank you, Lizzie! Yes, it's super easy to use! Just make sure to follow the care instructions and don't hang it to dry in the bathroom as it may go mouldy, like my first one did, as it couldn't dry out properly in there. Hope you like the Konjac sponge! xxx

  3. I loved reading this post. I love Konjac sponges, and the Pai BioRegenerate Rosehip Oil. Thank you for introducing me to the Lulu and Boo Facial mist - I really want to try this now! I make a D.I.Y sugar scrub - it's much cheaper than the one from Lush. :) Recipe is on my blog. xx
