December At A Glance + A Few Of My Favourite Things

December was not my month at all; I felt really rushed and unorganised this year with buying Christmas gifts, plus the winter blues took a hold of me. I think, for the first time, Christmas didn't feel special, like it should, and I missed being with my family. I'm only just starting to snap out of it, and I'm hoping with the new year of 2015 ahead of me, I can start to make plans and look forward to things. I will be writing a list of "goals for 2015" post soon, which I hope will aid me in feeling more positive, and perhaps inspire others for the year ahead.

Moving on to my favourites during December:
We binge-watched Hannibal during December and I can't wait for season three! I was unsure of what to make of the season two finale, so I guess I'll just have to wait and see what happens in season three.
We also began watching Sherlock and oh my, isn't Benedict Cumberbatch just the perfect fit?! We've just finished watching the second series and I can't wait for the third!
I don't really listen to music much, as in the radio, except at work, but once I heard Taylor Swift's song, "Shake It Off", I couldn't stop listening to it or singing along to it! It's a great song and a really catchy tune.

I really enjoyed my first experience of a Faith In Nature hand cream. I had the organic coconut version which had a slightly earthy coconut scent and I realised that most of the previous coconut products I've used probably had a synthetic coconut scent, so this earthy coconut scent is most likely a true coconut smell!

I have been enjoying OGX hair products for a while now, and when I spotted these Awapuhi Ginger ones in Superdrug the other week, I picked them up just because I hadn't tried them yet, plus the packaging was pretty! I have to say I was a little apprehensive due to the ginger element, as I'm not one for spicy scents, but the fragrance is just beautiful! I plan to write a full review very soon, so check back for more info.!

I honestly couldn't live without fluffy socks in my life; they are fluffy, soft and super cosy. They are the perfect partner for my endlessly cold feet!

What were you loving in December?
