With tea tree, Canadian Willowherb and witch hazel to calm and soothe the skin. After cleansing my face, I applied a thick layer of the Step 1 face mask. The scent is predominantly of tea tree, but it's not overwhelming and feels calming to apply. The product spread very easily and evenly over my face, with a small amount of product left over. I left the mask on for 20 minutes, then gently removed with a warm flannel. This mask does dry on the skin in most places, so make sure to take care when removing - don't be too rough!
When I had finished removing the face mask, quite a lot of redness had occurred, but there was no other irritation e.g. stinging or soreness. I did expect redness as quite often blemish-busting ingredients/products can be quite strong, plus I have pretty sensitive skin. This redness calmed down within a few hours, so nothing to be too concerned about.
I then applied the Step 2 moisturising face cream, which had a lovely peppermint scent and felt really soothing and relaxing to apply. There was a generous amount of product, but I slowly massaged it into my skin.
My pores were visibly reduced all over for around 48 hours, my skin felt cleansed and refreshed and blemishes appeared reduced. I think the moisturiser was too heavy for me, personally, but I did try to use the whole sachet and there was quite a generous amount! It's obviously very hydrating and softening on the skin.
If you are struggling with break-outs or enlarged pores, I'd recommend giving this face mask a try.
As always, do let me know if you have used this product before and let me know what you thought of it.
