Haul: The Body Shop | Beauty

So, you know when you're happily browsing for Christmas gifts and then suddenly you're thinking, "Ooh, I'd love that for myself, actually!" and instead of just adding it to your Christmas wish list (which would be the sensible thing to do), you go ahead and add it to your virtual basket, ponder it for a while, then click checkout!

Well, that's what happened the other day when I simply couldn't resist 50% off (£25 off a £50 spend) at The Body Shop.
Here's what I picked up:
Muslin Cleansing Cloth, £2.50
I've never tried a muslin cloth, so I thought it was about time I did! People seem to rave about these, so I'll be interested to see if it improves my skincare regime.
Inflatable Bath Pillow, £8
I've wanted a bath pillow for ages. As this was half price, I couldn't not get it! Hopefully this will enhance my bathing experience.
Double Ended Blackhead Remover, £4
As I'm getting more and more into skincare and face masks in particular, I am all for trying out tools that make products go further and help me to achieve clearer skin. I've used one of these in the past, but this one is a slightly different style, so I'm hoping it will work well.
Pomegranate & Raspberry Body, Room & Linen Spritz, £7/100ml
Ooh, I love a good room spray! My current room spray was coming to an end (actually, it met a rather messy end this afternoon, when my husband dropped it and it smashed to pieces!), so I wanted to get a replacement and I've been dying to try this scent. It smells gorgeous; fruity, softly sweet and just delicious! I'll be adding the Vanilla & Tonka Bean scent to my Christmas wish list!

Frosted Cranberry Shower Gel, £4/250ml
I really wanted to try the new festive ranges, so I  narrowed it down to just a few of products. This shower gel smells very similar to the strawberry scent and it also has added honey.
Glazed Apple Body Polish, £10/200ml
I like to use a body polish or something similar in-between full-on body exfoliating, so that's why I chose this product. Along with the apple extract, this body polish also contains Fair Trade honey from Ethiopia. The scent reminds me of some sort of boiled sweet, I think; it's zingy and refreshing.
Vanilla Brulee Hand Cream, £3.50/30ml
My current miniature handbag hand cream is nearly finished, so I decided to pick up this vanilla-scented one. It smells lovely; a sweet, musky vanilla aroma that will have me sniffing my hands every two minutes!
Banana Shampoo, £4.50/250ml & Banana Conditioner, £4.50/250ml
I remember using this banana shampoo years ago and then I'm sure it disappeared!? Anyway, both the shampoo and conditioner were available online, so I snapped them up instantly! My hair is so dry at the moment and so I am hoping these banana-licious goodies will do as promised and give me a soft, super-shiny mane! These smell so darn good; I wish there was a whole banana range!
Strawberry Lip Butter, £4/10ml
I haven't tried any lip butters yet, so I popped this into my virtual basket for a fruity fix. It smells delicioso!

As always, do let me know if you've tried any of the above! Is it just me, or do you also find it difficult not to pick up things for yourself while Christmas shopping?!

Have a great weekend!
