Wish List: The AW14 Wardrobe | Fashion

It's officially October! Time to really start thinking about our new season wardrobes. There are so many amazing pieces this season; I'm impressed. Here is (part one of) my AW14 wardrobe wish list for you to mull over. Hopefully I will end up purchasing some of these items!
Roman Faux Fur Gilet, £50
Okay, so I am really undecided on gilets. I had a faux fur one a couple of years ago and just never wore it because I found it difficult to style and I also think they can look really bulky and unflattering. However, when I spotted this particular one a few weeks back, I couldn't stop looking at it! I love the look of it, especially with the side bow belt. I am waiting in hope that it will be reduced and then I will probably take the plunge!
Dorothy Perkins Floral Dip Back Tee, £22
Winter blues are on-trend and this delicate floral print top is so pretty and understated. The sheer fabric makes it perfect for layering and I think it would look great with my faux leather trousers.
Zara Sleeveless Lace Top, £25.99
The delicate lace trim shoulders just finish this classic black top off perfectly! Versatile enough for dressing up or down. I'd love to wear a long silver pendant necklace with this.
Aftershock Crocodile Design Clutch Bag, £40
When the festive season approaches, the metallics come out in full force and in that department, I am lacking. This crocodile textured clutch is just the right dose of metallic for me and it would look great with a range of smart outfits for evenings out.
Mantaray Checked Panel Rubber Wellies, £35
Would you believe that I do not own a pair of wellies?! Seriously. I really like these check ones with the buckle detail; they have a certain Heritage-style air about them.
M&Co. Embellished Neckline Animal Jumper, £32
As you know, I love leopard print so this jumper immediately piqued my interest! The beaded neckline creates a smarter jumper, but this is still versatile enough to be dressed up or down. Jumpers with touches such as this are great because you can be cosy and comfortable without sacrificing style!
Vero Moda Stretchy Slim Fit Jeans, £46.80
I'm in a jeans rut at the moment; all of my current jeans are either uncomfortable or not a perfect fit and I am on the serious lookout for that perfect pair. These ones look gorgeous. The dark wash and zip detail are perfect.
Who makes the best jeans? Suggestions please!
Matalan A-Line Skirt, £14
A check skirt is a great staple for the colder months and this monochrome version with pockets is lovely! This would look great with tights and T-bar shoes for a 60's twist.
