Today from the Classic Cookies section, we have the Peanut Butter Cookie.
These were really easy to make, just a bit time-consuming with the 2+ hours chilling time! They taste lovely but turned out a little dry. This could be because I cooked them for an extra 5 minutes as I found the mixture very wet before cooking. Also, due to the mixture being so wet, it was very difficult to create the criss-cross patterns as the fork was just lifting the mixture.
