The Cookie Jar #03: White Chocolate Cookies | Food

Today from the Classic Cookies section, we have the White Chocolate Cookie.
This was a really simple recipe and they turned out well. I would suggest you chop the brazil nuts into very small pieces and the same with the chocolate, or even use chocolate chips. I didn't have light brown sugar so I used light muscovado instead, so perhaps using the correct sugar would give the mixture a better texture as it was a bit difficult to bind all the chunks into the mixture. Despite this, the cookies turned out really well and taste great! I'll definitely make these again, with the correct sugar.
