Boots + Avon | Haul

I placed an Avon order on Thursday and received it Friday - speedy service! I also popped into Boots on Friday to pick up a few items I've been after for a while. I had a £15 giftcard from Christmas to use, so this was the perfect opportunity.

Here's my collective haul:
PC170001
Revlon ColorBurst Lip Butter in Pink Truffle, £7.99 @ Boots
I've wanted this ever since first seeing it featured on Miss Budget Beauty. She described it as a shade-fits-all product, and I agree that Pink Truffle is a great, natural every-day shade and I love it! It's a lovely, smooth and moisturising formula. I can see this becoming a fast favourite of mine.
Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder in Transparent, £3.99 @ Boots
I recently went on a mission to look through lots of matte powder reviews online as I was after something to help keep the excess oil on my forehead at bay. I finally decided on getting Rimmel's Stay Matte powder as it's really budget-friendly and the reviews of it sound promising!
Sanctuary Spa Professional Micro-Dermabrasion Body Renewal, £9.50 @ Boots
I've been after some Sanctuary products for ages and had made a list of the ones I most wanted to try. This was at the top of the list. This creme claims to polish away micro-bumps which can appear on the backs of arms, thighs, buttocks and knees using the power of micro-silicates from fossilised seashells. It should leave skin feeling rejuventated and smooth. I can't wait to start using this and see if it actually works!

Now, the reason I placed this mainly haircare order on Avon is because my hair is currently crying out for help. After using some new hair products for a short time, the condition of my hair went downhill - fast. More on the products responsible in another post, soon...
So, I was looking for really nourishing and hydrating products; in particular, I wanted to try some hair masks.

Naturals Cleansing & Balancing 2-in-1 Shampoo & Conditioner with Mango & Ginger, £5 £2.50 @ Avon
I don't usually go for 2-in-1 hair shampoos as they're usually not conditioning enough for me, but I really wanted to give this product a try and the mango & ginger element sounded lovely too. This product claims to help nourish, revitalise and condition hair and remove any build-up or styling residue. It should leave hair feeling silky-soft and looking healthy. When extra conditioning is needed, I plan to use the below product after using this one.
Naturals Apricot & Shea Leave-In Treatment, £2.50 £1.25 @ Avon
This is a leave-in conditioning treatment that you apply to towel-dried hair and then style as normal. This claims to help strengthen hair against breakage and leave hair feeling nourished and moisturised. I used this last night and so far, it seems to have promising results.
Advance Techniques Strengthen & Protect Shampoo & Conditioner, £2.80 £1.49/each @ Avon
This is a repurchase as I loved these products and they have an amazing peppermint creme scent!
Planet Spa Heavenly Hydration Hair Mask, £5.50 (or 2 for £6 on selected items) @ Avon
With moisture-enhancing Mediterranean olive oil, this hair mask claims to give a deep, intense moisture treatment to all hair types and leave hair manageable, soft and shiny. I'm hoping this nourishing hair mask will restore my hair's moisture as it has become very dry.
Planet Spa Sleep Serenity Pillow Mist, £4.50 (or 2 for £6 on selected items) @ Avon
I've been having trouble sleeping during my nights off recently, so I wanted to try this aromatherapy pillow mist to try to relax me before falling asleep. I've had another version of this previously and I seem to remember it was really relaxing.
Blusher Brush, £7 £3.50 @ Avon
Not a very exciting purchase. I needed a new brush for blusher and so I thought I'd give this one a try. I've not used an Avon make-up brush before so I'll be interested to see how they compare to my others.

I hope you enjoyed this haul and do let me know if you've tried any of the above and what your thoughts were!

They are brilliant and I love the fact that they are against animal testing. Thank you, I'll post a review after I've used it for a while. xxx
