The Christmas Tag | Personal

I found this tag at Gingerbread Smiles.

1. Do you prefer a real Christmas tree or synthetic?
I've never had a real one, so it would be nice to try it, but I think I'd still prefer synthetic trees as there's less mess to clean up plus I imagine it's a less painful experience than putting up and decorating a real one!

2. You're in a coffee shop, it's December, what do you pick?
I'd get a latte or hot chocolate with a flavoured syrup; perhaps caramel, mint or hazelnut.

3. Whats your favourite colour scheme for decorating the tree?
We have a pearlescent white tree with blue lights that have lots of different settings. Blue and silver decorations on the tree. When we have a bigger place and a family, I'd like a green tree with snow and a mix of lots of interesting decorations and multi-coloured lights.

4. Giving or receiving?
Of course I love getting lots of lovely Christmas presents, but I absolutely love buying gifts for my friends and family. I try to get products by interesting and unusual brands and try to get a good variety of gifts per person.

5. To mince pie or not to?
I don't mind mince pies but I'm not a big fan of them. Served hot with custard, they are quite nice.

6. What's your traditional Sunday Christmas lunch/dinner?
Turkey, roast potatoes, honey-roasted parsnips, carrots, brussel sprouts (not for me!), broccoli, fresh gravy, stuffing and cranberry & caramelised red onion chutney by Baxters!
Then two choices of puddings!
Did I miss anything?

7. Christmas day outfit?
I haven't decided yet! As I'm staying in all day and celebrating the day with Dean and his parents, I'm thinking of wearing my Roman fluffy dip-dye jumper dress with leggings and a statement necklace so I can be comfy, cosy and still look stylish!

8. What's your favourite Christmas song?
I have loads of favourites but I'll go with "I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day" by Slade.

9. What's your favourite Christmas film?
I know it's a pretty new one, but I love Arthur Christmas; it's brilliant!

10. Open presents before or after lunch?
Before! How could we sit through the meal with those beautiful presents left all lonely under the tree?!

O.M.G. Christmas is tomorrow!
